Hello, I just got my first American Girl doll for my 1st Communion...Elizabeth!! My mom and grandma got her and found a 1st Communion dress and veil for her too! It was really cool. I already messed up the curls around her face...well,a little. Any tips to fix the curls without ruining them more?

You can dampen them a tiny bit (like a fine mist) and curl them around your finger to reshape them, I have heard.

Welcome!
Good luck with Elizabeth. I don't have her, but I always keeping a water misting bottle handy when I'm working with my curly haired dolls' hair.

Welcome!
I don't have Elizabeth, but I have GT21 and Felicity who also have curls (of course, Lissie was rewigged so she doesn't have curls anymore, but she did). What I do is pull the rest of their hair back in a ponytail and pull out the curls, then mist them and work them around my finger. If you have small sponge rollers those work too overnight if you just mist the hair after you put the rollers in (no heat!).
